A lack of integrated data, procedures, and collaboration among caregivers is resulting in medication mishaps that bring undue harm to thousands of Americans. excelleRx is working to prevent these tragedies by advancing a new kind of pharmaceutical care. Our goal is to use technology and clinical expertise to change the way medication is deployed so that patients are given prescriptions based on objective information rather than habit or personal preference.
